Terms of Service

These terms will automatically apply to you after downloading or using the app - so you should make sure you read them carefully before using the app. You may not copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the application's source code, and you should not attempt to translate or create derivative versions of the application into other languages. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain with PDF Reader.

PDF Reader is committed to making sure the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without clearly explaining to you what you are paying for.

Likewise, PDF Reader cannot always be responsible for how you use the app, i.e. you need to ensure your device stays charged - if its battery dies and you cannot turn it on to use the service, PDF Reader cannot assume no responsibility.

With regard to PDF Reader's responsibility for your use of the app, when you use the app it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure it is always updated and correct, we do rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can Provide it to you. PDF Reader shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses you may suffer as a result of your reliance solely on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the application. The app is currently available on Android - system requirements (and any other systems we decide to extend the app's availability to) are subject to change and you will need to download an update if you want to continue using the app. PDF Reader does not promise that it will always update the application to make it relevant to you and/or to work with the version of Android you have installed on your device. However, you undertake to accept at all times updates to the Application provided to you, and we may also wish to cease providing the Application and may terminate use of it at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination (a) your rights and licenses granted by these Terms will terminate; and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if required, delete it from your device.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

I may update our terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to check this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. These terms are effective from 2023-10-25.
